For the delicatessen area:
- Pig terrines (Cormier farm in Egaule) and duck terrines (Royal delight farm in Cisternes la Fôret)
- Risottos & polenta with Auvergne mushrooms (Esprit sous bois de Doranges near Brioude)
- Vegetable spreads (Papa’s workshop in Tourtoule)
- Vegetable milk drinks (Vegedôme in Riom)
- Honey (Florence Fuentes beekeeper in St Gervais d'Auvergne)
- Saffron products (from our 2 Safraneries des Combrailles: Safran des Volcans & Safran des Puys)
- Huiles (Françoise Gimet in Ludesse)
- Craft syrups (Caroline Guillot in Bromont-Lamothe).

For the drinks corner:
- Local wine with more than twenty independent winemakers in the Côtes d'Auvergne & St Pourçain appellation. As well as wines from all over France.
- Local & craft beer such as Valhalla (Pontaumur), La Belle Poule (St Pierre Roche), Dark Lab (St Ours in the year 2023), Atelier du Malt (Courpière), NK (Teilhède), Safran'Ale de la Safranerie des Volcans, L'Effusive du restaurant l'Eveil des Puys...
- Bubbles (creamy and champagnes),
- Spirits (rum, whisky, gin, aperitif) including local spirits such as the Distillery Scories, Alosya & Gé, Génestine, Home Distillers.
