- Le Thiers knives, coming directly from Thiers, "Knife Capital", are of exceptional quality and are presented in the shop. Whether they are pocket, table or everyday knives, the knives meet very precise manufacturing criteria. The Laguioles, true works of art, come from the workshops of the Forges de Laguiole.
