The Blomont farm cheese dairy offers several types of matured cheese (raw and semi-cooked pressed cheese, semi-cooked and lactic soft cheese), cottage cheese in two textures (smooth and raw), raw cream (thick or fluid), Mozzarella-type spun dough and fresh cheese spread (plain or with aromatic blends) and all this made with the good milk of our cows.
