I discovered ceramics with rapid firings (raku, naked raku and horse hair) and I enjoyed it a lot: the moment of firing in particular, when you take the incandescent pieces out of the oven and they ignite when placed in the sawdust, always remains a fascinating moment for me.
Even though I am now focused on high temperature and its glazes, I love sharing these techniques for others to experience this moment of pure joy!
